Reporting to the Operations Lead on Front desk parents connections at the front desk and centre operations matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role.
This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members.
This job also involves daily review and ensure accuracy in student pick up by bus and teachers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily engagement with Parents and Students
- Daily connection with Parents during Student drop off and pick up
- Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc)
- Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and students’ attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus
- attendance forms, etc.
- Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival when necessary
- Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc
- Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
- Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
- Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
- Ensure safety of children within the premises
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Friendly and Cheerful, customer oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to communicate well with Students and also parents
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
- Need to have a sense of urgency.
- Need to be careful, detail and understand the importance of students pick and sign in/out accuracy
