Role
- Customer facing role with ability to provide high level customer service
- Receptionist duties such as patient administration, medication dispensing and handling all relevant dental administration.
- Liaising with external vendor for services
Requirements
- Prior experience as a receptionist at a dental or medical clinic is preferred
- Customer-service oriented, team player, works well under pressure
- Able to multitask
- Possess basic computer skills and comfortable with using electronic clinic management system
