Job Description
- Client Identification and Acquisition : prospecting & acquiring clients in various sectors (government, transportation, real estate, agriculture, and urban planning)
- Solution Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of map services, addressing client needs and objectives.
- Partnership Development : Identify and forge strategic partnerships with solution providers, technology firms, industry associations, and government agencies to expand the reach and capabilities of map services.
- Develop, Implement Sales Strategies and Action to Achieve KPIs: Identify key sales opportunities, prioritize leads, and optimize resource allocation for maximum sales performance.
- Contract Negotiation and Closure: Ensure all contractual terms are clearly defined and mutually beneficial.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics in real-time.
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify emerging market trends and assess competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Regularly engage with clients to address concerns and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Requirements
- Tertiary Education in Business & IT.
- A certification in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or a technical field related to geospatial technology is highly desirable.
- Software proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools and possibly GIS tools.
- At least 2-3 years of proven strong sales experience in software technology as a solution.
- Strong sales and technical knowledge with excellent verbal & communication skills.
- Expertise in managing client relationships and providing tailored solutions.
- Possess strong networking skills to engage industry professionals.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
- Meticulous, highly organized and efficient.
