Key Responsibilities

  • Partner the business on all benefits, insurance purchase, claims and payroll administration with accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendor to resolve any benefits welfare gifts, foregone bonus, claims or payroll issues.
  • Ensure data accuracies in Workday, billing from and billing to various government agencies and audit.
  • Temp hiring, administration, onboarding, offboarding and leave administration.
  • Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations via chatbot or direct emails or big team demonstration.
  • Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Degree in HR Management or any related field.
  • Min of 3 years experience in HR payroll & benefit.
  • Experience in using Workday for payroll related matters will be a bonus.
