As a Staff Nurse - Dialysis, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide nursing care to the patients.
- Prepare equipment and patient for dialysis treatment.
- Perform nursing procedures such as cannulation.
- Educate and give recommendation to patients to improve condition.
- Monitor patients vital sign and ensure safety of care throughout the dialysis treatment process
- Ensure proper documentations of patient’s progress.
- Adhere to nursing and infection control guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure treatment stations are tidied and sterilized according to guidelines and SOP.
- Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Nursing.
- Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
