Responsibilities
- Assisting divisions and clinics with the development and approval of strategic plans, department workplans, and corporate indicators and targets.
- Provide corporate planning and performance management advisory to departments and institutions.
- Conducting regular performance monitoring of the balance scorecard and prepare management reports to update senior management
- Draft presentation materials to articulate company’s key achievements to key stakeholders and visitors.
- development of work plans and performance management frameworks.
- Coordinating submissions to management (e.g., annual statement of priorities and balance scorecard).
- Coordinate secretariat functions for VIP visits, senior management and board meetings.
- Support in enterprise risk management / business continuity plan in event of activation
- Other Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Min Degree in Business, Finance, Management or any related course of studies
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and/or enterprise risk management, business continuity
- Previous experience in healthcare or public industry will be an advantage.
