Responsibilities

  • Assisting divisions and clinics with the development and approval of strategic plans, department workplans, and corporate indicators and targets.
  • Provide corporate planning and performance management advisory to departments and institutions.
  • Conducting regular performance monitoring of the balance scorecard and prepare management reports to update senior management
  • Draft presentation materials to articulate company’s key achievements to key stakeholders and visitors.
  • development of work plans and performance management frameworks.
  • Coordinating submissions to management (e.g., annual statement of priorities and balance scorecard).
  • Coordinate secretariat functions for VIP visits, senior management and board meetings.
  • Support in enterprise risk management / business continuity plan in event of activation
  • Other Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Min Degree in Business, Finance, Management or any related course of studies
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and/or enterprise risk management, business continuity
  • Previous experience in healthcare or public industry will be an advantage.
