Responsible for monthly financial reporting & analysis, budgets tracking & utilization, annual budgeting, forecasting and financial policies.
- Involve in monthly financial closing and analysis of financials for Income and Expenditure (I/E) and Balance Sheet (B/S) statements
- Involve in annual external and internal audits by working with Finance Shared Services and Users for queries and information requested by auditors
- · Involve in annual tax review by working with Finance Shared Services and Users for queries and information requested by tax agent
- · Review and approve purchases
- · Update and maintain finance policies, workflows and working instructions
- · Assist in financial assessment of shortlisted vendors
- · Involve in annual budget and regular forecasting process
- · Participate in system enhancements / implementations to align with new statutory or operational requirements
- · Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting
- Able to work independently and proactive in resolving problems
- Team player and good organisational skills
