Job Highlights
Salary: $3000 per month
Contract Duration: 11 months
Working Location: Nearest to Ubi MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Verify vehicle servicing job sheets and ensure all documents tally with the job performed.
- Liaise with contractors to rectify any errors and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
- Endorse and submit documents to relevant authorities for approval.
- Monitor maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and send out monthly servicing schedules to contractors and SCDF units.
- Manage additional services such as engine overhaul, tow truck/crane standby, and collection/return of vehicles.
- Oversee accident and ad hoc repairs, ensuring accuracy of pricing and documentation.
- Coordinate surveyor appraisals for accident repairs.
Job Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & comfortable in dealing with large volume of data
- Good to have experience in procurement processes and budget management.
