Job Responsibilities
- Provision of legal and corporate secretarial support to the Law Department in Singapore
- Assistance with drafting and review of legal and corporate documentation
- Legal research and other general administrative duties as required
- Liaison and coordination with the global legal, corporate and operational departments, as well as with clients and service providers
- In conjunction with the global corporate legal team, ensuring statutory compliance with and maintenance of legal and corporate secretarial records
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Law / Legal Studies or equivalent
- Membership in a professional body for company secretaries / governance professionals would be an added advantage
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in both paralegal and corporate secretarial work
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good player, well organised and exhibit good initiative
- Willingness to learn, adopt and adapt to new challenges or methods of working
- Be able to work well independently and with minimal supervision, meticulous and self-driven
- Proficient in MS Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
