UI Digital Intelligence and Capabilities Manager

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Analyze these requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications to guide the development and implementation of suitable solutions. Ensure that project deliverables, such as user interface, functional specifications, business process models, and data integration, are accurate, complete, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead & manage the team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and direction to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery. Monitor and report on the performance and progress of business analysis activities and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Business-Capabilities Alignment: Develop and maintain substantial relationships with stakeholders, including managers, analysts, and operations teams, to understand their challenges, goals, and technology requirements. Ensure the initiatives and solutions are designed to meet the specific needs of the function.
  • Technology Strategy: Developing a comprehensive technology strategy for the. This involves identifying opportunities for user experience, process automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies to optimize business operations, enhance visibility, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: proactively explore new solutions to enhance business efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service.

Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and procedures for business analysis and promote continuous improvement within the team and organization.

  • Project Management: Oversees the execution of the capability's programs related to the UI business. This includes project planning, resource allocation, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet the agreed-upon requirements.
    Implement Project planning expertise and Agile methodology.
    Implement Project Management Governance:
    Project Scoping and budgeting: Accurately defining project scope, estimating resources, and managing budgets to achieve project goals within financial constraints.
    Project Scheduling and risk management: Creating realistic timelines, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project delivery on schedule.
    Project Regular Reviews & Updates
    Implement Project Management Tech Solutions.
  • Partners, Platforms, & Vendor Management: Collaborating with platforms, partners, and technology vendors to assess and select appropriate software or tools for the business. Evaluate proposals and manage relationships to ensure the delivery of quality solutions and services.
  • Change Management and User Adoption: pivotal in promoting user adoption of 90%+ and ensuring business staff are adequately trained to use new systems and tools efficiently.
    Analyzing and understanding the impact of change: This involves assessing the potential risks and benefits, identifying stakeholders, and formulating a clear vision for the desired outcome.
    Developing a comprehensive change management plan: This plan should outline the steps for implementing the change, communication strategies, training programs, and risk mitigation measures.
    Drive Strategical Adoption via Leadership & Business commitment.
    Drive Tactical Adoption for the new Digital Solutions via Creating Change Management Materials, Organizing Webinars, Digital Trainings & User Engagement
    Monitor the adoption success & user Engagement.
    Regularly review Licenses allocations across the platforms
  • Data Governance and Security: Collaborate with the security team to implement robust data governance and security measures to protect against data breaches and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establishing and monitoring performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs to assess the success of the initiatives.


Skills and qualities required:

  • Experience:
    Minimum five years of experience in management roles covering business functions, digital transformation, or IT consulting.
    High proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile methodology, Team Structures, Change Management, and Product development.
    Preference to previous experience in a business partnering or project management roles covering cross-functional/global teams & delivering Capabilities /Technological products/programs.
  • Education:
    A bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, computer science, business administration, analytics, or a related field.
    Preference to MBA.
  • Business Acumen
    Candidates should be able to demonstrate how capabilities solutions can drive value and contribute to the company's success.
    Strong understanding of Marketing domains.
    Solid understanding of the core business, finance and operations processes
    Familiarity with data modeling, process modeling, and business process improvement techniques.
    Experience managing relationships with technology vendors and knowledge of the vendor selection process & negotiations.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
    Ability to identify problems, propose effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
    Creative and able to generate and consider innovative solutions to a problem.
    Able to quickly absorb the latest information, willing to learn and improve continuously.

    Detail-oriented, focusing on ensuring all deliverables' accuracy and completeness.
    Proficient in Agile business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Change management
    Experience with Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, Nudge, Prosci ADKAR Model
    Experience with Developing Digital Trainings & Team engagement Workshops
