Job Highlights
Salary: up to $18.50 per hour (equivalent to $3400 per month)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: Nearest to Harbourfront MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Manage inquiries received via designated mailbox.
- Scheduling of project team meetings with evaluation panels, ensuring efficient organization & circulation of meeting materials and attendance
- Prepare letter of awards (LOA) for projects approved for funding
- Assist in submission of regular progress updates and annual cash flow projections
- Assist in processing claims submissions, maintaining accuracy and compliance with funding requirements.
- Support in managing the financial overview of the fund
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Good to have prior experience in administrative & finance field.
