Responsibilities:
- Support business opportunities with technical assistance.
- Coordinate resources comprehensively to successfully execute project POC (Proof of Concept) with significant effectiveness.
- Prepare project delivery plans, design and review, testing, and verification to ensure stable implementation of solutions.
- Promote projects actively, ensuring reasonable processes, high-quality delivery, and timely provision of accurate project materials and deliverables.
- Swiftly resolve issues during project progression, earning commendations from customers; promptly communicate problems to relevant departments with valuable advice for product and solution enhancement.
- Maintain continuous follow-up on projects, keeping records and sorting data, participating in project acceptance tests and presentations, and generating project summary reports upon completion.
- Collect and analyze system and product requirements, produce quality reports, gather insights on competing products, and maintain comprehensive records of mid/large-scale system implementations.
- Offer technical support for the introduction of new products/proposals, produce technical materials for product technology and promotion, and support marketing activities.
- Lead planning and implementation of customer/user training sessions.
- Take responsibility for technical support and drafting product solutions, handling inquiries regarding technical aspects of related products.
Requirements:
- At least Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related.
- At least 3 year experience of technical support in IT/CCTV/telecom related industry;
