Job Overview
- Develop and execute the Product Sales Strategy for company's Process Instrumental Product line.
- Provide technical and product support to assist end users and channel partners.
- Build working relationships with stakeholders internal/external to manage the delivery of the products.
- Identify growth opportunities for commercial effort. Will be responsible to design and execute marketing plans for complete product line.
- Working alongside with distribution channels to build sales funnel, perform competitive analysis on FPI products
Job Scope
- Strategic growth planning including development of go-to-market strategies, marketing programs and countermeasures to achieve overall revenue targets and market share gain.
- Establish relationships with distribution channels and key account customers to drive demand creation activities and funnel management.
- Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency of the sales approach and strategies at regional level.
- Assisting and providing product application solution to distribution channels and key customers through product demonstration, product support, sales visit, seminar, etc.
- Monthly review on sales funnel with distribution channels to meet monthly forecast and annual target
- Secure and renew orders on assigned channel/verticals.
- Performs market intelligence and competitor analysis to proactively develop and maintain company’s strategy in support of proposed marketing programs and new product introductions.
- Create and execute sales plan to increase funnel opportunities and drive sales conversion via product evangelism.
- Building a personal profile and brand within the territory through industry networking, trade events and conferences.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Instrumentation, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience working in similar environment.
- Channel/Sales management experience working in a similar industry field sales role.
- Experience in Power Utilities segment is a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales objectives, expense management, etc.) with longer-term strategic and policy deployment goals.
- Self-driven and a positive, resilient approach to your work.
- Outstanding presentation, interpersonal & communication skills with excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to travel oversea for business dealing.
