Job Description
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for after sales follow up, reporting, analyse, and evaluate sales results, provide qualitative feedback
•Develop and maintain effective working relationships with south-east Asian customers, work closely with customers to resolve issues;
•Supports business leaders by initiating, leading, and implementing Operational Analytics and operation Process Improvements.
•Brief all divers on the operational & contingency plans and procedures to be followed during the diving operation.
•Oversee diving operations to ensure that their execution complies with the legal requirements of HSE, SS511 & IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) and diving systems management of the company.
•Analyze records & reports to validate their compliance with Company & IMCA/SS511 standards.
•Any other works assigned by Company.
Requirements:
•Certified in CSCUBA (issued by MOM approved training centre)
•Minimum 6 years of working experiences in similar role
•Able to manage a team of up to 12 divers
•Fluent in English & Mandarin speaking & writing
•Good in interpersonal communication
•High sense of responsibility, honest, excellent teamwork communication skills.
•Possess in depth knowledge on diving matters
•Prepared to work after operating hours, on weekends and public holidays
•Prepared to be called up with minimum notice in the event of emergency
