Roles and Responsibilities:
· Analyzing business problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency or increase profits
· Promoting and effectively representing and communicating brand through passion and understanding of all our services.
· Consulting with clients to determine their needs and goals, thereafter striving to achieve sales.
· Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
· Ensuring & delivering high levels of results satisfaction & experience to customers.
· Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
· A degree in Sales and Marketing or any relevant educational certificate.
· At least 2 years of experience in related field.
· Understanding of the IT industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics is crucial.
· Proven track record in sales, preferably within the IT sector. This includes experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
· Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics relevant to the IT sector. This includes digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
· Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions to overcome them.
· A focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance. Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
· Prefer candidates who are more likely to take initiative under different circumstances.
