Responsibilities:
As a Cloud Backend Development Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure for cloud services. Your goal is to provide a stable and efficient DevOps system while enhancing the overall security framework. You'll work towards creating secure, reliable, and highperformance cloud services on public cloud platforms.
1. Research and Evaluate Cloud-Native Middleware:
- Investigate various cloud-native middleware solutions.
- Evaluate and design deployment strategies.
- Develop tools to enhance the overall infrastructure platform, ensuring robust support for business operations
2. Infrastructure Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Manage and upgrade foundational infrastructure platforms, including Kubernetes (K8S), Istio, MySQL, Cassandra, Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Redis.
- Ensure seamless operation and scalability of these components.
3. DevOps System Design and Development:
- Design and implement efficient DevOps systems.
- Provide business teams with streamlined development, deployment, and operational services.
- Enhance overall efficiency and stability.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Relevant Majors: Background in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux and networking technologies. Knowledge of Java, Python, or Go programming is preferred.
- Understanding of Core Concepts: Familiarity with database systems, caching mechanisms, queues, and containerization principles is preferred.
- DevOps Awareness: Understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking and rigorous problem-solving abilities; excellent learning capacity, communication skills, and teamwork spirit; passion for technology and a desire to contribute to technical advancements; ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
