Responsibilities:
Responsible in operations & administrative roles to ensure services are at the pivotal point in a community setting for people with muscular dystrophy.
1. Therapy Service – handle scheduling; admin & finance; assist in assessment & progress reports;
2. Activity & Program Support – coordinate to ensure smooth execution & logistic support;
3. Membership – update and manage communication channels for circulars; coordinate new membership process; membership fees and update membership data system;
4. Equipment Service (Mobility & Medical) – handle loan, maintain equipment, stock checks;
5. Transport Subsidy Schemes – assist in bookings and coordinate claims;
6. Admin & Finance – maintain statistics and reports; handles finances;
7. Standard Operating Procedures & Guidelines – review and update.
Technical Competencies:
1. ‘N’/’O’ Level or ITE or Diploma
2. Min. 3 years with relevant work experience
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel a must)
4. Meticulous, systematic, responsible and adaptable to change
Core Competencies:
1. Good in teamwork, multi-task and time management
2. Passion for serving persons with severe physical limitations
3. English & Mandarin speaking preferred
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Achievements/Characteristics:
Experience in therapy setting
