Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the Hospital policy.
- Maintains confidentiality of caller and Hospital information as directed.
- Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders.
- Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System.
- Handling and resolving complaints.
- Reporting fault on telecommunication equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
- Min. N/O Level (with call centre exp)
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- Prior call centre exp preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to commit long term
