Seeking an experienced Commodity to Source Process Lead to spearhead our SAP Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-wide IT system projects, especially within the agribusiness sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ERP implementation, business transformation, and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Commodity to Source process for SAP CTRM (TRM with Commodity) implementation.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage process and system-related documentation using Business Process Management software.
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for successful ERP implementations.
Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of experience in enterprise-wide IT system projects, preferably within the agribusiness sector or multinational companies.
- Proven track record in business transformation and transition within the agribusiness sector.
- Minimum of two successful ERP implementation cycles as a functional lead.
- Deep understanding of SAP Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) processes.
