Job Descriptions:
- Manage daily factory routines, handle ad-hoc tasks, and perform maintenance duties.
- Plan and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance for various machines, equipment, and facilities.
- Identify essential machine components and maintain inventory to minimize machine downtime.
- Oversee spare parts storage and inventory management while adhering to cost budgets.
- Set up machines and ensure they run smoothly before handing them over to production.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance schedules, procedures, machine manuals, risk assessments, and checklists, and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
- Guide and train team members to improve their technical skills.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
- Assist the Engineering department with the design and implementation of new machines and production lines.
- Coordinate with vendors for job quotations and machine retrofitting.
- Adhere to the 5S principles and company safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requiremetns:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in equipment and facility maintenance. Hands-on experience with motors, pumps, formulation tanks, scrubbers, dust collectors, chillers, and air compressors is preferred.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Relevant engineering certifications, such as Work at Height and Risk Assessment Certification, are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure.
- Comfortable working in hot and humid environments.
