The officer shall support Grant’s division to drive organisational change and innovation. The Transformation Office is committed to deliver impactful projects and initiatives that will shape the future of the Grants division.
We are seeking a talented and driven Manager to join our team and lead the change in driving transformational change. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, business process review, data analytics, meeting facilitation and regular reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Review existing business processes, identify areas of improvement, and make strategic recommendations for optimisation.
- Utilize data analytics to derive insights and drive informed decision making.
- Set up and facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and key insights.
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in project management and leading transformational initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to drive meaningful conversations and collaboration.
- A track record of delivering impactful recommendations for business process improvements.
- Proficiency in report preparation and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau and other comparable digital tools.
- Experience in a similar role within a transformation or change management environment
