Primary Purpose of Job:
Plan, schedule, organize and co-ordinate site installation works of security and communication and related systems projects, which include:
- Planning and scheduling of site installation works;
- Monitor site installation progress of sub-contractors, prepare progress reports,
- Attend site and co-ordinate meetings, and technical meetings, prepare site documentation,
- Plan equipment installation schedules, and schedule system testing and interfacing works
- Report to the Project Manager and assist in carrying out specific site related tasks
- Diploma in Building Services/ Architectural Design/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Building Security Services;
- With more than 2 years of relevant working experience in site architectural/ M&E projects, including successful management of various projects
- Ability to work effetively and efficiently in complex and diverse work environment
- A good team player, independent and able to work under pressure
- Positive and willing to learn attitude, coupled with the ability to take initiatives
- Possess good interpersonal skill and communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office such as Excel
