Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day helpdesk operations such as attending tickets, and walk-in requests via Zoom, email or any other telecommunication channel.
- Take part in the ad-hoc project and special tasks related to IT Asset Management Validation activity for eg: replacing labeling/stickers at user’s workstations.
- Configure and set up new laptops, setup and ensure all of the new laptop is ready to be provisioned.
- Attend new joiner’s onboarding and also staff’s offboarding.
- Help in maintaining the IT assets in a proper and tidy manner.
- Assist IT Security by helping to update outdated Antivirus at users’ workstations and assist in rectifying the issues reported by regional IT Security.
- Analyze the number of tickets lodged, based on the pattern and suggest analytical support on how to resolve repetitive issues.
- Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Good or willing to learn Excel skills such as VBA, Macros, Vlookup
- Strong interest in data visualization and willing to learn analytical tools such as Power BI, and Tableau (will be taken into consideration)
- Strong/good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in the presentation
