Description:
- Administrative support including (but not limited to) telemarketing, letter shopping, data entry etc.
- Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure the maximum value and timely execution of procured goods and services
- Ensure the accurate processing of donations received and updating of databases in a timely manner
- Manage the inventory of physical assets and equipment for events
- Assist in the production of collaterals and publications
- Any other relevant duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 'A' Level / Higher Nitec / Polytechnic Diploma
- Exp in admin will be an advantage
Working hours: Mon to Fri - office hours, unless Sat has event/work
