Responsibilites:
- Receive and record all inquiries, gathering caller details such as name, company, and contact information for follow-up by sales staff.
- Aid in preparing proposals based on information provided by Sales and Marketing teams, both verbal and written.
- Generate invoices and compile monthly reports for consolidated billing purposes.
- Maintain and organize the filing system and waste information on SWM software.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations within the team.
- Support the Customer Service Manager and Sales Director in customer care matters, including handling feedback and complaints, and gathering market intelligence.
- Update the customer database with information on existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and operations, to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder and above
- At least one year Customer Service experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
