- Responsible for POS back-end support for all group concepts.
- Create and edit food and beverage items on POS system console.
- Update menu pricing and newly required food and beverage menu items in the POS system periodically.
- Perform housekeeping duties on POS systems and maintain system data accuracy.
- Assist with the production and analysis of periodic ad-hoc control and business reports
- Administer and liase with internal and external stakeholders with matters comprising asset maintenance, IT systems i.e. wordpress, M&E
- Organise and manage manpower deployment
