Responsibilities
- Seek out potential clients within specific waste management market segments and establish strong professional connections with them.
- Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate agreements with potential clients, staying in close contact to understand their feedback, how competitors are responding, and the decision-making process.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service Executives to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and accurate documentation.
- Compile regular sales reports to provide insights and updates for the Sales Manager.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date Customer Database, including essential contact information and other relevant details.
- Assist the Manager in maintaining a high standard of customer care, addressing concerns promptly, and adapting to changes in customer needs or circumstances.
- Contribute to the company's market intelligence efforts by gathering information on customers, competitors, and industry trends, helping to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Must possess own vehicle
- Must posses 1 year of chemical sales experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and PR skills
- Excellent sales track records
- Team oriented and dynamic
