- Position : Senior Quantity Surveyor (Construction/5 days) - Up to $6,500 - Changi
- Location : To Be Advised (Office located at Changi)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Tender bid
- Post-Award Documents Preparation
- Carry out Quantity Take off for project which includes sourcing for suppliers and sub- contractors, collate price comparison and costing summary
- Prepare interim valuations pricing and Agreement of contract variations, progress claims and monitor project cash flow
- Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Attend meetings on site and with consultants
- Project budget and analyse the cash flow of the project
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese Associates
