Responsibilities:
Support, manage, and provide technical solutions for SAP modules SD, MM, and PP
Perform configuration changes to SAP modules based on business requirements
Configure SAP Functional (SD, MM, PP) to meet design specifications
Offer functional consultancy and develop ABAP programs to meet end-user needs
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure SAP system uptime exceeds 99%
Ensure the ERP system complies with SOX security requirements
Promote continuous improvement in work processes and environment to achieve departmental and company KPIs
Mentor and guide junior staff members
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and preferred certification as an SAP Consultant in SD/MM. Experience with the PP module is highly desirable
Minimum of 6 years of experience in an SAP environment, with completion of at least 2 full SAP implementation cycles
In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 features and functionalities
Proven ability to lead SAP projects, including process analysis, design, development, prototyping, implementation, system/report interfacing, testing, data conversion, user acceptance testing, and post-production support
Advanced proficiency in ABAP programming
