Job Description:
IT Operations Support (work with IT external vendor) 30%
● Provide account administration and users support including Active Directory, Email Exchange, File / Printer Servers, TrendMicro Anti-Virus Management Console, Wi-Fi, Telephony, Door Access Systems and etc.
● Support systems activities on installation of servers, storage and server room facilities.
● Support end-users Computing on Windows Operating Systems and MS Office Suite.
● Ensure operating environment are secured and security patches are up-to-date.
● Review and update IT policies, procedures and standards documentation.
● Review maintenance contracts regularly for all IT equipment including desktops, laptops, servers, storage, firewalls and network devices.
● Review, analyse and update IT hardware and software and upkeep of IT register.
● Test and evaluate new software applications
● Responsible for Vendor Management and ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
● Involve in corporate website maintenance and regulatory compliance audit and ensure appropriate closure
Salesforce enhancement 50%
● Work closely with external Salesforce consultant to make the bridge between Client Services and Operations/Warehouses requirements to enhance information transmission
● Provide user training and support for new hires and address any issues that arises
● Build custom reports and dashboard whenever required
● Support Salesforce design and propose solutions to users requirements based on industry and technology best practices
Facilities (cctv, temperature, humidity) 20%
● Work with vendors to facilitate the installation, maintenance and upkeep of the cctv/temperature/humidity (“the facilities”) control in the warehouse.
● Monitor the facilities through reports and troubleshoot/diagnose faulty units
