Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Assist with order processing and returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
