Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with the Director to manage and address sales inquiries as part of a team.
- Oversee a minimum of 6-8 projects simultaneously, ensuring effective project management.
- Understand client requirements and develop design proposals and mood boards.
- Create 2D spatial layout plans for interior design projects.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) quotations for accurate project budgeting.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to meet client needs and resolve any issues.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure high standards of on-site work and successful project completion.
- Assist clients with selecting materials, accessories, and furniture by accompanying them to vendor locations as needed.
- Coordinate with the in-house drafter and 3D design team to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.
- Research and source reference materials to verify that products and materials meet project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing condo and landed property projects.
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed design layouts.
- Team player with a collaborative and effective work ethic.
