We're looking for an individual who is keen, detailed and loves the aquarium hobby! Come and be part of our young and vibrant team at Living Shrimply, where we pride ourselves strongly in owning Singapore's first public aquarium gallery. Our wide selection of aquatic plants caters to the needs of hobbyists, and we aim to journey alongside new entrants of the hobby to be a reliable source of knowledge for them, while constantly keeping up with the latest trends.
Here's what to expect when you're a part of us:
1. Handle online operations (marketplaces and Shopify) and offline retail sales and inventory updating
2. Conduct regular maintenance for in-store tanks and assist with retail stocking
3. Say no to desk-bound jobs! Our staff are well-trained in tank maintenance, and projects across Singapore will mean that you will always be on your feet.
4. Get your creative juices flowing! Ideate for our in-house tank scapes and execute them to see your creations come to life.
Requirements:
1. Singaporean/PR preferred. Prior knowledge about aquatic plants and tank keeping will be a big plus.
2. Physically fit as tasks may involve some light work at times
3. Familiar and comfortable with using internet
4. Friendly disposition with neat and tidy habits
5. May be required to work on weekends / public holidays
Notes:
1. Applicants with prior experience will be given priority.
2. Applicants without prior experience but with a keen learning attitude are welcome as well.
