- Carry out scheduled maintenance program (preventive, predictive, repair, corrective and replacement) and other work assignments as per Customer's approved SOPs and organization’s safety and qualityrequirements for the Process Equipment Engineering Project.
- Coordinate with External Third-Party (3P) vendors to support various services (calibration, PM,Qualification, repairs)
- Provide 1st level service support limited to specified utilities related to Process Equipment EngineeringProject, which include water systems, compressed air and vacuum, to maintain them within operating level and tolerance.
- Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates and tracking of services rendered in this program.
- Respond as per on-site service request guidelines to ad-hoc Service requests triggered by Laboratory End Users within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Support Team Lead in daily customer site operation and activities including, but not limited to:
- Identify and report deviations from established product or process standards and provide recommendations for resolving deviations.
- Diagnose and resolve difficult process and equipment interactions to maintain system readiness.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, especially those related to Quality Control and Quality assurance.
- Maintain inventory supply of parts and consumables.
- Maintain accurate documentation of changes in SOPs, blueprints, drawings, and specification for newly installed and/or modified systems and equipment.
- May need to work outside regular office hours to support necessary maintenance work to minimize disruption to daily operation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields would be preferred
- Able to start work on short notice
