We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Brand Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent visual identity for our company across various platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with strong design skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and print product labels and stickers.
- Develop a comprehensive brand identity, creating a systematic and consistent visual style for the company's various materials. This includes creating a document outlining specific design elements (colors, fonts, etc.) for consistent brand application.
- Design (and print, if necessary) marketing materials such as business cards, brochures, social media images (specifically for LinkedIn), and slide decks.
- Collaborate with the product team on product and packaging design.
- Conduct market research to understand current design trends and apply them to projects.
- Maintain and update the company's visual assets and design libraries.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Assist in the creation of digital content, including website graphics and email marketing materials.
- Provide support for ad-hoc design projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma is optional but preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Experience in print production and knowledge of printing processes is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio are encouraged to apply.
