School Coordinator [Centre / Administrative / Customer Service]

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist with student registration and movement, including managing school cashiering and book sales.
  • Coordinate class schedules and communicate updates to students and parents.
  • Oversee studio maintenance and manage student movements such as advancements, transfers, and conversions.
  • Provide administrative support to teachers to ensure smooth class operations.
  • Complete and submit daily documents for collection to the Accounting & Finance Department.
  • Enter teacher fee payment information into the computerized system.
  • Follow up with students and parents regarding outstanding payments.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure that all main power switches are off when the store closes.
  • Assist in organizing events and activities, including graduation concerts and outdoor performances.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the music school industry is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative work ethic.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a Senior position.
