Job Descriptions:
- Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist with student registration and movement, including managing school cashiering and book sales.
- Coordinate class schedules and communicate updates to students and parents.
- Oversee studio maintenance and manage student movements such as advancements, transfers, and conversions.
- Provide administrative support to teachers to ensure smooth class operations.
- Complete and submit daily documents for collection to the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Enter teacher fee payment information into the computerized system.
- Follow up with students and parents regarding outstanding payments.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure that all main power switches are off when the store closes.
- Assist in organizing events and activities, including graduation concerts and outdoor performances.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the music school industry is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with a collaborative work ethic.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a Senior position.
