Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for setting the design direction across various digital products and platforms, design and develop the user interface (UI) to provide the best possible user experience (UX).
- Provide design advice and recommendations to drive success in creating good UX across digital products.
- Provide best possible practices knowledge in the design field, i.e., Experience Design, Service
- Design, Design Ops, etc. Systems thinking - the ability to structure and iterate abstract business requirements into practical, logical, and functional solutions that is aligned with organizational business needs.
- Work and collaborate efficiently to develop and improve design operations and processes which includes Enforcing design governance and standards through a design system
- Incorporate, encourage and conduct user research and usability testing to adopt a research centric approach in a design.
- Analyse feedback gathered from end-users.
- Incorporate user needs and business requirements into design concepts.
- Set direction for the development of wireframes, digital work flows, user journeys, design patterns, graphic design, prototypes, and mocks-up.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, design team and engineers in product planning meetings.
- Review and manage work of involved team members and provide technical guidance to improve designs.
Requirements:
- Portfolio of past work, demonstrating application of design thinking and user interface design. Showcase good understanding of design frameworks and principles.
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and similar prototyping apps.
- self-starter and team player. Ability to work both independently and collectively as a
- designer.
- Good communication, naturally curious and willing to ask questions.
- Having experience of working with responsive design across various devices is a plus.
