Working day & Time : Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm) Half Day Alternate Saturdays (9am - 1pm)
Salary: $2,300 - $2,800 (Depends on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Boosting New Sales lead by contacting customers to send company catalogue for client’ understand and making cold calls
- Assisting superior with administrative tasks and coordination
- Handling sales logistics coordination with foreman on the delivery and machinery at site and client site coordination
- Handling indoor sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
- Collaborating with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasks
- Updating of sales database, such as sales orders, Operators movement, machineries movements etc
- Payment receivable
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level, Diploma/ Degree in Commerce/ Marketing/ Business Administration or a related field are preferred.
- Have relevant experience with 2 – 5 years and above in similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office based applications
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours
