Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sourcing for appropriate applicants - Handle Recruitment and staff resignation
  • Preparation of Employment Contracts and Confirmation Letter
  • Work Pass (Permit/S.Pass/EP) Application, Renewal, Cancellation via MOM portal
  • Monitoring and update MOM Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS)
  • Attendance Management - Processing of staff timesheets, OT Claim (based on Infotech HRMS), Monitoring staff Attendance Report (by Weekly)
  • Leave Management - In charge for staff leave application and leave updating including Medical Leave
  • Managing staff matters – such as staff Medical Bills Claim, compassionate events, travelling Claims, etc
  • Creating & Implementing Human Resource policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and address employer & employee concerns (example: Employee Handbook)
  • Adhoc tasks giving by Superior

Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • At least 3-4 years experiences
  • Able to work independently
  • Possess excellent communication and innovation problem-solving skills
  • Have good work ethics and exhibit professionalism
