Responsibilities and Duties
- Sourcing for appropriate applicants - Handle Recruitment and staff resignation
- Preparation of Employment Contracts and Confirmation Letter
- Work Pass (Permit/S.Pass/EP) Application, Renewal, Cancellation via MOM portal
- Monitoring and update MOM Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS)
- Attendance Management - Processing of staff timesheets, OT Claim (based on Infotech HRMS), Monitoring staff Attendance Report (by Weekly)
- Leave Management - In charge for staff leave application and leave updating including Medical Leave
- Managing staff matters – such as staff Medical Bills Claim, compassionate events, travelling Claims, etc
- Creating & Implementing Human Resource policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and address employer & employee concerns (example: Employee Handbook)
- Adhoc tasks giving by Superior
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management
- At least 3-4 years experiences
- Able to work independently
- Possess excellent communication and innovation problem-solving skills
- Have good work ethics and exhibit professionalism
