Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new corporate clients.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and pitch our event management services to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate event sales or a related role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Experience in events industry with a deep understanding of event management process
• Flexibility to travel as required.
