12 months agency contract (highly renewable subject to work performance)
Salary up to S$4,800
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT procurement and finance system projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring on-time, within scope, and within budget delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating regular meetings and providing updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Analyze processes for improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
- Ensure new applications and processes comply with organizational standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years in project management, preferably in IT procurement and finance systems.
- Proficiency in Power Platforms; familiarity with SAP and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
