Sales and Consultation:
- Engage with prospective learners via various communication channels (phone, email, video calls, etc.) to understand their training requirements, career goals, and learning objectives.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate training courses from our portfolio that align with their goals and objectives.
- Provide detailed information about the potential fundings involved, features, benefits, and outcomes of each course, addressing any questions or concerns raised by potential customers.
- Offer personalized guidance and advice to customers, helping them make informed decisions based on their unique circumstances.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling training courses.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and tailor messages to individual needs.
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a focus on providing value and building long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of training courses, professional development, or adult education and the relevant fundings is a plus.
