Job Responsibilities:
- You are to increase the sales revenue or generate new revenue stream by identifying new project opportunities and RFQ response including bid preparations and plans. Leading the business unit to achieve the financial targets and KPI.
- You are to plan, organize and manage customer relations resulting in unparalleled level of customer satisfaction. Establish strong relationship and network with new customers and create deeper engagement with our existing customers. Build and lead the team in participating internal process and long-term sustainable customer service excellence.
- You are to participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and near term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level. Analyse targeted market segments for opportunities and work with functional teams on strategic projects to win new business.
- You are to lead and participate in periodic customer business review to understand the customers’ requirements and expectations so as to have a full awareness of the key markets, market competition and commercial trends affecting the business and our share in the industry.
Job Requirements:
- You must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university and Master Degree holders are encouraged to apply. You are to be able to travel extensively, both regional and international, as and when required.
- You must have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in a management position in an Electronics Manufacturing Services company, preferably from MNCs.
- You must have at least 3 years’ relevant working experience directly managing customers’ accounts.
- To succeed in this role, you should possess high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability and demonstrate excellent leadership to increase the sales growth. Able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
