· Take off quantities for pre-contract and post-contract projects.
· Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents.
· Sourcing/enquiring, compiling quotations and preparing cost analysis.
· Assist in procurement and negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors
· To prepare subcontract documents
· To prepare post-contract transfer of documents
· Settlement of final accounts and variation claims with substantiation and justify the claims with documentation.
· Assist to prepare early stage budgets and detailed cost plans
· To assist the sr quantity surveyor and General Manager in working out quantities of VO and Progress Claim.
· Other aspects of contractual matters.
· Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.
