HR EXECUTIVE

Exponent Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll, CPF, SDF, and income tax (IR8A, IR21)
  • Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claim and training grant
  • Prepare monthly payroll and HR reports for management reporting and statutory purposes
  • Prepare and generate appraisals letters for increment appraisals and promotion
  • Handle all clearance for resignation / termination / dismissal
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
  • Generate and prepare staff and workers’ payslips
  • Update and maintain leave application and record in the leave management system

Recruitment:

  • Responsible for advertising of vacant positions and ensure the hiring needs are met within the deadline
  • Handle HR operations which includes but not limited to onboarding, transfer, offboarding, exit process, work pass management and letter preparation

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms
  • Prepare accurate monthly manpower, payroll summary & other ad-hoc reporting
  • Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and Company policy
  • Regularly review HR operations and existing standard operating processes, identify and execute an opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignment and HR projects as assigned

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • General knowledge of Employment Act will be advantageous
  • Intermediate to Advanced level user of MS Excel and numerically inclined
  • Strong English writing and communication skills is a MUST for this role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines
  • A good team player, resourceful and be able to work independently
