Primary Responsibilities
- Prepares and issues invoices and credit notes
- Prepare monthly statement of accounts for customers
- Weekly update and follow-up of wholesale collections with sales team and departmental stores for concessionaire sales.
- Processing and verifying of all sales receipts.
- Prepare & post ecommerce sales & receipt.
- Filing.
- Any other duties as assigned by your direct report
Requirements:
- LCCI /Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Preferably 1- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage
The successful candidate will have a proven track record with demonstrated skill in the following areas:
- Well organized and structured thought process
- Meticulous with attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with systems
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Speed and accuracy in terms of work quality
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced envirionment
