ROLE
The Internal Communication Specialist is responsible for building and enhancing the brand and business within the Global Markets Technology team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping communication strategies that drive engagement and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties):
- Provide leadership and oversight by setting communications directions, strategy, and operating model within the Global Markets Technology team
- Identify, maintain and optimize communication channels to facilitate effective country, regional and global communication delivery across the team
- Support leadership team in crafting key messages and presentations for internal events and initiatives.
- Execute program-level reporting on all communications-supported projects, programs & initiatives and maintain visibility to key dates, decisions, milestones, and issues
- Develop formats, methods and styles to communicate impactful operational status updates to key stakeholders across the organization
- Measure the success of communications using insights and analytics and adjust approach to meet organizational objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications, demonstrating breadth and depth of experience across the corporate communications practice.
- Experience in financial services and/or technology in a global and multicultural organization is advantageous.
- Experience working with Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) and Trading data

- Able to distill business data into a compelling communications narrative to drive business decisions
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and create visually appealing presentations and decks
