- Position: Accounts Executive (AP & AR)
- Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800
- Duration: 6 months contract (convertible to permanent
- Industry: Marine & Construction Engineering (Listed & MNC Company)
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing of payments and AP/AR invoices
- Maintenance of listings/schedules
- Preparation of accrual listing for month-end closing
- Processing of journal entries
- Prepare AR aging report
- Process receipt entries in JDE upon receipt of payments from clients
- Send out payment reminders to clients with invoices due soon/overdue
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Assist in annual audit
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
