Senior Executive (Marketing for International Student Recruitment)

B2C (Direct Consumer Marketing) 40%

Brand and Awareness

  • Expand PSB Academy’s branding in selected cities within the Southeast Asian (SEA), South Korea, South and Central Asia markets via integrated channels such as digital, including social media, and offline platforms
  • Explore media partners such as influencers, and education portals to expand PSBA audience reach
  • Maintain and manage PSBA’s social media and digital assets for the markets assigned
  • Ensure proper response to comments/queries on Social Media
  • Look into achieving growth of social media engagements across all platforms
  • Identify and create student success stories for owned and paid media
  • Ensure all localised assets adhere to brand guidelines
  • Work closely with Central Marketing team to achieve synergised branding objectives


Leads Performance

  • Ensure lead generation campaigns are implemented in consultation with the sales team
  • Plan, develop, and monitor all lead generation campaigns to ensure proper follow-up of enquiries and tracking of the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Work closely with Segment Marketing to align contents and assets for advertising according to the recruitment plan of the markets assigned
  • Provide marketing support to ensure sales targets set across programmes are met/overachieved


B2B (Agent Marketing Management) 40%

  • Support agents and sales in developing creatives and/or campaigns for recruitment purposes
  • Maintain relationships with agents to assist them in marketing and promoting for PSBA programmes
  • Plan and develop campaigns that could potentially enhance PSBA’s value in helping agents to promote the brand and courses


Other Responsibilities 20%

  • Ensure marketing costs are kept within budget
  • Maintain proper tracking of marketing expenses and to track effectiveness of campaigns according to respective objectives



Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comms or equivalent
  • 3-5 years working experience in marketing in SEA/South Asia/Singapore, preferably in the Education/Training industry
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of local media in specified countries
  • Experience in matrixed and regional organisational structures is preferred
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented team player with a desire to learn and a passion for challenges.
  • Ability to develop and deliver marketing/communications plans
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Budget Management and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in English and native language (where applicable)
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of social media and online marketing is essential
  • Experience preferred in design tools like Photoshop
  • Fluent in the suite of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to accommodate time differences when communicating with colleagues in Singapore is required
  • Willing to travel occasionally to overseas markets to support events like open houses, application days, etc.
