Job Description:
- To assist the Resident Architect in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site
- Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with other consultants and contractors.
- To inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site, and quality of workmanship
- To ensure the contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the work site
- To carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract
- To ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples by the contractors
Requirements:
- Min of 4 years of Architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field
- At least 2 year's experience in the supervision of rail transit system, infrastructure, and or projects of similar scale and complexity
- ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) equivalent or higher, in Architecture or Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines from a recognized institution
